Free Tier:

• Limited to 3 watchlist slots
• Access to public stock analysis
• May be subject to rate limits

Paid Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly or annually in advance
• Automatically renew unless canceled
• No refunds for partial months
• You may cancel anytime (effective at end of billing period)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by JustTheBeer.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that JustTheBeer shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by use of such third-party content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior or harassment
• Excessive API usage or scraping

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
